Baker Tilly in Hay merger

BAKER Tilly, the accountancy and advisory firm, has merged with Stephen Hay & Associates in Edinburgh as part of its ongoing expansion in Scotland,

The combined practice will have 23 partners and 170 staff working from Edinburgh, Glasgow and Lerwick, and Stephen Hay’s staff will transfer to Baker Tilly’s office at Fountainbridge in the capital.

Stephen Hay, a tax-led practice, adds £2 million in fees, bringing the total in Scotland to £14m.
