Health trust guilty over mother's death

A HEALTH trust has admitted breaching health and safety rules after a new mother died following a hospital blunder.

Mayra Cabrera, 30, died at Great Western Hospital in Swindon, Wiltshire. A nurse wrongly attached anaesthetic Bupivacaine, instead of saline, to an intravenous drip in her arm.
