Boost for plastic bottle recycling

The number of plastic bottles recycled in the UK is set to be doubled with the unveiling of a new facility.

Coca-Cola Enterprises and ECO Plastics are to open a purpose-built recycling plant in Lincolnshire which will increase the amount of bottles recycled from 35,000 tonnes last year to more than 75,000 tonnes when it is fully operational.
