Boy's death helped five to live
Teenager Daryl Turley helped five people waiting for transplants after his death when his parents agreed to donate his organs.
The 13-year-old died in February last year after he suffered head injuries when he was knocked down by a motorbike.
His mother Lily, 48, from Hamilton, Lanarkshire, said: "I wanted to make sure something good came out of something so tragic. It's a positive way, I believe. I've never ever had second thoughts or regretted it.
"The minute doctors mentioned it I knew straight away that I wanted Daryl to help save others. My husband David felt the same."
Daryl's heart, kidneys, liver and bowel were all transplanted.
