35-year-old man charged with murder after body found in Bo'ness flat
Jonathan Robert Bell, 35, is accused on petition of murdering Jim Johnston, 39, of Bo'ness, West Lothian, in an alleged incident at a flat in Drumpark Avenue, Bo'ness.
The incident is said to have occurred at around 2pm on Saturday, April 17.

Hide AdAt a brief private hearing at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday, Bell, also from the Bo'ness area, made no plea.
Sheriff Derek Livingston continued the case for further examination and remanded Bell in custody.
He will appear in court again in eight days' time.
Police and forensics officers were seen at the property over the weekend.
The news comes after emergency services were called to a report of a man seriously injured after an ‘altercation’ at a home in Drumpark Avenue, Bo’ness on Saturday afternoon, April 17.
Police and ambulance services attended, however, the injured man was pronounced dead at the scene.
