Law firm Anderson Strathern has secured two contracts with the Scottish Government.

The Edinburgh-based practice has been reappointed to represent and advise the Scottish Prison Service on all employment, litigation and inquiries for the next three years.

Managing partner Murray McCall said: “The Scottish Prison Service is an important public body which seeks to make Scotland safer by protecting the public and reducing reoffending. We are delighted with this appointment and look forward to helping SPS meet its objectives.”

The firm has also been selected to provide external legal services to Transport Scotland’s property team.
