Fears lead Bosnian Serbs to scrap vote
Bosnian Serbs agreed to cancel a referendum that had threatened to throw the country into turmoil, their president said, bowing to weeks of international pressure.
The plan was to ask citizens whether they accepted the authority of the national court.
