Jambos are going Green

GREEN activists are proving anyone can switch to their party with a leaflet campaign ahead of the Holyrood elections.

At Hearts' fixture against St Mirren tomorrow, the Greens have prepared "Even Jambos are Voting Green" leaflets to hand out to fans.

However, the Greens say they have ditched their normal colour scheme to issue their leaflets in maroon.

Green candidate Alison Johnstone, who is bidding to replace retiring MSP Robin Harper, said: "If Jambos can vote Green, anyone can with their second vote this May."
