Man arrested over death of woman, 45

A MAN has been arrested following the death of a woman in Glasgow at the weekend.

The body of a 45 year-old victim was found within a flat in Thornwood Place, Partick, on Saturday morning.

A 40 year-old man has been arrested and is presently detained in police custody. A full report will be sent to the procurator-fiscal.
