Man on teen booze charge

A MAN has been arrested and charged with buying cider for a group of under-age youths.

The 18-year-old was traced to his home address on Saturday after allegedly buying the alcohol from the Co-Op in Gullane in East Lothian the previous day.

The man allegedly passed the two litres of cider to a group of 15 and 16-year-olds, who were caught by police with the alcohol.
