New powers 'more extensive'

Scottish Secretary Michael Moore has dismissed concerns that new powers being handed over to Holyrood don't go far enough.

The UK Government will formally publish the Scotland Bill today in the face of criticism from 18 leading business figures that they are "too narrow" to allow ministers to stimulate growth.

But Mr Moore claims the powers are "are more extensive than any, at any time since the Act of Union".
