New twist as city writers shortlisted in contest

TWO Edinburgh residents have been shortlisted in a national creative writing competition.

See me - Scotland's campaign to end the stigma and discrimination of mental ill-health - has announced that Kay Smith and Sian Bevan are shortlisted finalists in its first national competition. Kay and Sian will join finalists from the competition categories of poetry, short story and Twitter at an awards ceremony in April. One finalist will win the top prize of 250 Amazon vouchers.

The winners will also see their work published.
