Paedophile picked up girl at school gate for lunchtime sex sessions

A PREDATOR who had sex with three underage schoolgirls, including one he picked up in his car from the school gates at lunchtimes, was yesterday facing jail.

Fraser Cormack, 21, convinced one 13-year-old girl, and two 15-year-olds to have sex on various occasions in places that included his bedroom, a park, and even a busy roadway close to Blair Drummond Safari Park, near Stirling.

Stirling Sheriff Court heard he asked the victims - who cannot be named for legal reasons - to have sex with him despite knowing that they were all underage.

The court heard that he would pick up one of the 15-year-olds in his car on her lunch break and have sex with her before dropping her back at school to finish her classes.

Central Scotland Police launched their investigation after she contacted them because she was angry after hearing he was dating another underage girl.

Graeme McLachlan, prosecuting, said he met the first girl through a mutual friend.

The depute-fiscal said: "The girl and the accused commenced a relationship, and at the time the girl was still at school."

He said Cormack would pick her up in his car at the school gates and go to a remote area in Stirlingshire called the North Third.

He added: "The accused would then request that she had sex with him."

The court heard that this continued for two months, and he would drop her back off at school after they finished.

The depute fiscal told the court that the accused, who had known the girl was 15, also had sex with her at his house

The girl ended the relationship when she discovered that he was in a relationship with another 15-year-old girl at her school, and she reported them to police.

This led the police to find out about the other two girls.

Mr McLachlan said Cormack had met the 13-year-old girl through a mutual friend, and they exchanged phone numbers.

The depute-fiscal said: "She agreed to meet him at the bus station and they went to the accused's house and she agreed to have sex with him."

He contacted her again months later, and she again agreed to have sex with him, Mr McLachlan said.

He met the second 15-year-old girl online, asking to be her "friend" on the social networking site Bebo.

The court heard they met at Stirling train station, and he took her back to his house where they had sex.

They also had sex on another occasion at a roadway near Blair Drummond Safari Park.

On each occasion they had sex he told her he did not need to wear a condom. Mr McLachlan told the court: "He explained the reason to the girl was that he didn't need one because he couldn't have children."

Police later arrested him in connection with the three relationships.

Cormack, of Maurice Avenue, Stirling, admitted three separate charges of having unlawful sexual intercourse with girls over the age of 13 and under the age of 16.The charges relate to events that took place on various occasions between 19 August 2008 and 1 July 2010.

Ken Dalling, defending, said: "His mother says that he has always tended to mix more with girls, rather than boys." Sheriff William Gilchrist put Cormack on the sex offenders register and deferred sentence for one month for background reports to be produced.

They will include an assessment of his suitability for a community service order, which would act as a direct alternative to a jail sentence.
