Police appeal over missing Inverness angler

POLICE have issued an appeal for an angler who has been missing for two days in the Highlands.

Donald Dyker, 47, was last seen leaving his home address at Craigton Avenue in Inverness with a red fishing rod on Tuesday morning.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said he had left to go fishing on a silver/grey mountain bike.

He is described as 5ft 4in tall, of slim build, with brown/grey receding short hair, and brown stubble.

He was wearing camouflage trousers, camouflage fleece, black shoes, black waterproof jacket, and a black rucksack.
