The BBC said it had seen a court order relating to the case of Kelly Hoppen, the stepmother of actress Sienna Miller.

Coalition most trusted to get UK out of crisis

PRIME Minister David Cameron and Chancellor George Osborne are more trusted to see Britain through the economic crisis than their Labour counterparts, according to a new poll.

The survey, conducted by ComRes, also revealed people believe the poor, rather than the rich, will be hardest hit by the austerity measures.

According to the poll of 2,000 people, 37 per cent trust Mr Cameron to dig the country out of its financial hole.

Threat to nursing homes

STANDARDS in nursing homes across the country could drop as owners come to terms with public sector spending cuts, the chairwoman of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) warned today.

Dame Jo Williams said less money to spend on staff training, repairing dilapidated buildings, and on entertaining residents, may lead to deteriorating conditions.

Wrexham: Europe's biggest manufacturer of solar panels is to create 300 new jobs at a plant in the UK. Sharp said the expansion in Wrexham, North Wales, follows the extension of production facilities, increasing the workforce to 1,100.
