Celebrities sock it to 'em

SCOTTISH film star Gerard Butler has put his foot in it to model for a charity campaign.

Butler is one of four stars who feature in an advertising campaign for red and white stripy socks being sold to raise money for Sports Relief.

Girl's Aloud star Sarah Harding, singing diva Dame Shirley Bassey and television presenter Jeremy Clarkson are also featuring in adverts for the limited edition socks to be sold at Sainsbury's.

The socks will sell for 2 with at least 1 going to the Comic Relief spin-off fundraiser.

Sport Relief takes place on the weekend of 19 to 21 March and will see celebrities and the public take part in a variety of sporting feats.
