New campaign to keep dads in the loop at work

THE Government today launched a campaign to raise awareness among fathers of their rights at work after new research showed many were unsure of the law.

A study of more than 560 fathers revealed that nine out of 10 with children under the age of five backed paid paternity leave.

Some of those questioned were unsure of their rights, with a fifth not knowing if their company offered flexible working to fathers.
