Vietnam fireworks axed after four die
Vietnam has cancelled dozens of fireworks displays planned for Hanoi's 1000th anniversary celebration, after four people die in a pyrotechnics accident while preparing for the event.
The government had planned fireworks in 29 locations as part of tomorrow's celebrations.
