THE world’s largest building has been unveiled - and is set to feature its own beach and sunsets.

The New Century Global Center in Chengdu, southwest China has 1.7 million square metres of floor space, or more than 24,000 times the size of the average two-bedroom flat.

The Center is a mix of residential, retail and business units and is designed to boost the reputation of the Sichuan province and western China in general.
