Hide AdHadden lodged an official complaint with the International Rugby Board after 10 of his players based south of the border were refused permission to attend a training session ahead of this year's autumn test series.
Robinson, who helped coach England to World Cup victory in 2003, said the current situation is unfair, as England players are allowed two weeks to prepare ahead of tests while Scotland's stars are given just five days.
