England-Scotland: Kenny Miller fit for Wembley
The 33-year-old was forced to sit out Vancouver Whitecaps’ 1-1 draw with fierce rivals Portland on Saturday with the knock, and there were fears he would miss the clash against the Auld Enemy next week.
However, the experienced frontman returned to training yesterday and is set to feature against San Jose Earthquakes on Saturday – before making the 4700-mile trip back to Britain for Wednesday’s friendly.

Miller, who last month signed a contract extension with the Whitecaps until June 2014, has scored six goals in 13 games for them, and is set to win his 69th cap at Wembley, moving him level with David Weir as Scotland’s sixth-most capped footballer.
