Four-midable performance

Bo'ness striker Nicky Walker produced a man-of-the-match performance in scoring all four of his side's goals in this Super League clash at Newtown Park.

Musselburgh had several key players out injured and were dealt a blow in the 17th minute when Bo'ness took the lead.

Paul Shields' cross was knocked clear to Walker and his weak shot was fumbled over the line by the keeper.

He added a second in 33 minutes, outpacing the visiting defence to drive home. As half-time approached, Musselburgh pulled a goal back. Following a corner, the referee blew for a handball and Stuart Fraser scored from the spot.

In the 70th minute, Walker completed his hat-trick, again outpacing the defence to score easily. Only three minutes later, he finished the scoring. A through ball found the Musselburgh defence floundering and he raced on to round the keeper and slam the ball home. Musselburgh's Kris Renton was given a straight red for a foul to complete the visitors' misery.
