Jock Hutchison inducted to Hall of Fame
Hutchison, who was born Jack Fowler Hutchison in Fife in 1884, became a US citizen in 1920 and won the PGA Championship that same year. He won his second major in St Andrews before going on to win the first PGA Seniors at Augusta in 1937, and again in 1947.
He died in Evanston, Illinois, aged 93 in 1977. but will be inducted into the hall of fame on 9 May next year at the World Golf Village in St Augustine, Florida.

Hide AdThree-time major winner and former world No 1 Ernie Els has also been voted into the hall of fame's class of 2011, along with American Doug Ford and former President George HW Bush, who was selected in the lifetime achievement category, having helped raise golf's profile during and after his administration.
