Laing stays in hunt for maiden title
S4C LADIES: Scotland's Vikki Laing led after a first round 70 shot in 35mph winds, and she stayed on course for a possible first Ladies' European Tour title with a second day 74 at the S4C Wales' Ladies' Championship of Europe at Conwy.
The Musselburgh 29-year-old started the second round slowly with dropped shots at the second and sixth and a double-bogey at the seventh.
But she hit back with four birdies before making another slip with a six at the par four 17th.
