Whittaker backs Jelavic

Steven WHITTAKER has predicted plenty more goals from Nikica Jelavic this season after the striker marked his first start in four months with Rangers' second against Hibs last night.

"It will be wonderful for his confidence," said the full-back. "I'm sure there will be more to come in the next few weeks as well. Whoever plays up front for us is going to score goals.

"We are a team who creates chances and, if chances come his way, he will get a number of goals before the end of the season."
